Caller:    Hi, our printer is not working.
Customer Service:   What is wrong with it?
Caller:    The mouse is jammed.
Customer Service:   Mouse? Are you sure it’s a printer as they don’t come with a mouse? 
Caller:    Do you think I’m stupid? I’m telling you it’s the printer!
Customer Service:   Damn fool, it can’t be the printer! They don’t have a mouse!
Caller:    Oh really?... Mmmmm... I’ll send you a picture.
